Sailboat Trailer and Bunks
Our customer wanted us to completly rebuild the trailer.
These bunks were made to fit the shape of
the Holder 20 rear hull.
The original bunk boards were to small in surface area to handle the
weight of the boat. We took a splash mold of the hull and hand laid
the bunks and cross beam using multi layers of plain weave
fiberglass.
The assembly was then painted,
and covered with premium carpet.
